# Share an analysis

> Create a read-only link to an analysis, choose who can open it, and manage your links.

A share link is a read-only snapshot of an analysis. You choose who can open it and which files to include. You can also revoke it at any time.

Changes you make to the analysis after creating a link don’t appear in that link. To share an updated version, create a new link. Earlier links stay the same.

## Create a share link

To share an analysis:

1. Open the analysis and select **Share** in the top-right corner. If the analysis already has share links, select **Create new link**.
2. Under **Who can open it**, select one of the following:
    * **Anyone:** Anyone with the link can view the analysis without signing in. In your list of links, it’s labeled **Public**.
    * **Everyone in org:** Colleagues in your organization can view the analysis after signing in. No one outside your organization can open it. In your list of links, it’s labeled **Org only**. This option is available with RealAI Enterprise and appears only if your account belongs to an organization.
    * **Specific people:** Only people you add can open the link, and they must sign in with a verified email. Enter each recipient’s email address and select **Add**, or press **Enter**. You must add at least one email address before you can create the link, and a link can have up to 100 recipients.
3. If the analysis has files, go to **Files shared with this link** and uncheck any you don’t want to share. All files attached to or generated in the analysis are selected by default, and recipients can view and download every checked file.
4. To have a file open when recipients load the link, choose it under **Open a file when the link loads**, then select **Full screen** or **Side preview**. This option appears only when a checked file can be previewed.
5. Select **Create link**.
6. Select **Copy** to copy the link, then select **Done**.

RealAI doesn’t send the link for you. Paste it into an email or message to send it to your recipients.

## Edit recipients

You can add or remove recipients on a **Specific people** link at any time. **Edit people** appears only on links that haven’t been revoked. To edit the recipients of a revoked link, restore it first.

To edit recipients:

1. Open the analysis and select **Share** in the top-right corner.
2. On the link you want to change, select **Edit people**.
3. Do one or both of the following:
    * To add a recipient, enter their email address and select **Add**.
    * To remove a recipient, select the **×** next to their email address.
4. Select **Save people**.

Removed recipients lose access immediately and see an **Access denied** page if they sign in and open the link.

> **Note:** A **Specific people** link must have at least one recipient. To remove everyone’s access, revoke the link instead.

## Revoke or restore a link

Revoking a link removes access for everyone immediately. Anyone who opens a revoked link sees a page saying the share is no longer available. You can restore a revoked link at any time. Revoking a link doesn’t affect copies that people already made with **Continue this analysis**. A link also stops working if you delete the analysis. People who open it see the same page saying the share is no longer available.

To revoke a link:

1. Open the analysis and select **Share** in the top-right corner.
2. On the link you want to revoke, select **Revoke**.
3. Select **Revoke link** to confirm.

To restore a link:

1. Open the analysis and select **Share** in the top-right corner.
2. On the link you want to restore, select **Restore**. Recipients can open the link again.

## Manage your links

You can view and manage every share link you’ve created, across all your analyses, from **Settings**.

To manage your links:

1. Select your account icon at the bottom of the left sidebar, then select **Settings**.
2. On the **Share links** card, select **Manage**.
3. Find a link using any of the following:
    * **Search:** Enter an analysis title or a recipient’s email address.
    * **Status:** Filter by **Active**, **Revoked**, or **All**. Each option shows how many links it contains.
    * **Share type:** Filter by **All share types**, **Specific people**, **Public**, or **Org only**. **Org only** appears only if your account belongs to an organization.
    * **Sort:** Order links by **Newest first**, **Oldest first**, **Most viewed**, or **Least viewed**.
4. On the link you want to manage, select **Copy link**, **Edit people**, **Revoke**, or **Restore**. The available options depend on the link’s type and status.

## Continue a shared analysis

When you share an analysis, recipients can ask their own follow-up questions with your context and any shared files already loaded. Each person gets a separate copy, and your original stays unchanged.

To continue a shared analysis, recipients do the following:

1. At the bottom of the shared analysis, select **Continue this analysis**.
2. If they aren’t signed in, sign in to RealAI or create a free account.

The shared analysis opens as a new copy in the recipient’s account. Their copy is private, so you can’t see their follow-up questions.
