# Schedule an agent

Schedule an agent to run automatically at the times you choose. Each run is saved as an analysis in your conversation history, and you can also have the results sent directly to your email.

To schedule an agent:

1. Click **Agents** in the left sidebar.
2. Find the agent you want to schedule and click **Schedule**. You can choose an agent from **My agents**, **Curated by RealAI**, or your enterprise agents. Only agents that support scheduling show a **Schedule** button.
3. Give the schedule a name and description
4. Choose when the agent should run. Select a common cadence, such as **Daily 9:00 AM**, or use **Customize timing** to choose the frequency, time, and timezone. The **Schedule preview** shows your next three runs.
5. Choose what each run should focus on. You must choose one option to continue:
    - **Write with [agent name] agent (recommended):** Answer a few questions, and the agent drafts the context it will reuse on every run. The questions depend on the agent. For example, you might be asked to select a market or property, upload files, or answer other questions. Click **Send** when you’re done.
    - **Write it myself:** Type what the agent should analyze in a text box.
    - **Skip for now:** Runs without additional instructions. You can add context later by editing the schedule.
6. Optionally, attach reference files that every run can read, such as data or formatting instructions. Click **Attach file**, or select a folder under **Reference a folder** to have every file in the folder available to each run.
7. Choose an effort level: **Same as agent**, **Normal**, **High**, or **Max**. Higher levels use more of your usage limit.
8. Optionally, turn on **Send email when complete** to receive each run at the email address on your account. You can customize the subject line for this email, or leave it blank to use the default subject.
9. Click **Create schedule**.

## After you create a schedule

Each run is saved as an analysis, and you can find it in three places:

- The agent page, under **Recent runs**
- The schedule page, under **Run history**
- Your recent analyses in the left sidebar

If email is turned on, the results are also sent to your account email. You can reply to the email to continue the conversation with the agent.
